In 2016, Hyundai released the third generation of the Hyundai i30 and they made huge changes. From the complete redesign both on the exterior and interior, higher performance, and a lot of new tech and features. This launch allowed Hyundai to become closer to the premium market.

Now, the 2018 Hyundai i30 Fastback is launching the 2018 Hyundai i30 Fastback. Even though it may seem like it, the 2018 Hyundai i30 Fastback is not a traditional 4-door sedan. Let’s take a look at what it is.

While there is an obvious resemblance on the grille, headlamps, and on the engines, the 2018 Hyundai i30 Fastback got a great twist with a completely redesigned bumper. While the Hatchback comes with vertical and thin side vents as well as with a slim opening under the grille, the 2018 Hyundai i30 Fastback has a more slanted and wider side openings. And this gives the 2018 Hyundai i30 Fastback a much more aggressive appearance.

The 2018 Hyundai i30 Fastback comes with a new sloping roof and on the back, you get a much sleeker trunk not to mention the aggressively and large arched spoiler. The taillights are also longer and were completely redesigned.

Under the hood, the 2018 Hyundai i30 Fastback comes with multiple options. You can choose between the 1.4-liter T-GDI turbocharged four-cylinder engine capable of producing 100 of horsepower or the 1.0-liter T-GDI turbocharged 3-cylinder engine which is capable of producing about 118 of horsepower.

While the first engine comes with a 6-speed handbook transmission or a 7-speed dual clutch transferring, the second engine comes with the 6-manual gearbox.

While these should be the first engines that you can opt when the 2018 Hyundai i30 Fastback is up for sale, later in the future you should also have the option to get a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine.

In what relates to the seats, while the memory function is a standard, the leather is optional.
